new orleans mission trip pics
Pics from my spring break mission trip to new orleans with the BSU. Worked with the Baptist Crossroad Project and Habitat for Humanity to build houses in the Upper Ninth Ward of New Orleans, an area now to be known as Musician's Village. These are completed versions of the houses we were to build.
And this is a picture of the site before we started work.....
Street performers in the French Quarter. The French Quarter was about a 10 minute walk from the place we stayed at... Really awesome stuff like there...
like cool parks...
cool paintings...
and pretty awesome french architecture...
bourbon street....
almost everyone from the BSU who made the trip... lobby of the World Trade Center, that houses Volunteer Village, a place for volunteers to stay...
